Grünnerløkka Street Scene

Just back from a weekend in Oslo. Courtesy of the new Norwegian Airlines direct flight from Edinburgh, which I'd thoroughly recommend. A budget-ish airline, but not hassle whatsoever and it actually flyies to Oslo Gardermoen (20 mins from city) rather than Torp (like Ryanair) which is 2 hours away!

A decent, interesting city, similar size to Edinburgh and nice to walk around. Loads of snow while we were there.

Took this shot at a cracking wee bar called Bar Boca in the Grunnerlokka district. As with most cities, the upcoming, former working class areas were by far the most interesting.

Average beerage was a rather steep £5.50. Ouch.
